Exchange Policy:
Without prejudice to the provisions of statutory and contractual warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The consumer may not exchange the product after this period.
Conditions for exchange:
- The product must be in perfect condition and unused, with no benefit derived from it.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to verify its condition.
- The consumer is responsible for shipping fees in case of exchange.
- For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping cost, including delivering the item to the shipping company.
- If the product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
Exchange is not permitted in the following cases:
- Custom-made products or those manufactured per the consumer’s specific request, except in cases of defects or deviation from the specified requirements.
- Used videos, DVDs, CDs, or software products.
- Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other literary works.
- Defects resulting from misuse or mishandling by the consumer.
- Contracts involving accommodation, transport, or food services.
- Contracts involving the purchase of downloadable software products.
Return Policy:

- For international returns, the consumer must cover the entire cost of shipping and arrange delivery to the shipping company.
- If the product is defective or delivered in error, the consumer will be fully compensated.
